Same here / enjoyable.
Noticed you mentioned moving the splash block into position however they do not extend 6 feet from the foundation and most certainly were contributing to water intrusion.
Also would have noted even with a pole camera one needs to go to the roof edge for checking the ice and water shield.(yes you were there however).
No mention of the unpainted or treated horizontal slider stoop.(looked un sealed as well)
I also noticed calcium and or lime deposits around the main drain penetration at the foundation wall.
