Yesterday, at our June 5-Day ‘Become a Home Inspector’ Training class, Ben Gromicko kicked off the Colorado House of Horrors® session with an overview of home inspections. Additional speakers included Jazmin Swenson and CK Krowiak from InterNACHI®, as well as representatives from Spectora.
Students then joined Lon Henderson as he guided them through Colorado’s House of Horrors®, teaching them how to inspect exterior siding, decking, and test garage systems.
