March was a good month for my business. That tracks well with your chart. Looking forward to April if this trend continues.

Should be. Our Pending Sales Indicator shows the inspections that will be done in April.

I saw my business on fire for the first 10 weeks or so of this year, it’s slowed a bit this and last week but I attribute that to all the snow birds flying home. My worst months are July and December.
My market is different than most of everyone else’s though, so I hope Y’all do well. I’ll appreciate a few days off.

I was unusually busy in Feb. and March. I even raised my prices but I still got the inspections
