The majority of inspections I do typically have some problems with downspouts, gutters, curb outlets, etc…and I always write these up!! I typically spend several minutes discussing the importance of these systems with my clients.

Gutters that are not cleaned on a regular basis are prone to biological growth such as molds which can be very dangerous to you and your family. An improperly working gutter system can hold water where mosquitos will bread which can both be annoying and be a source for disease such as West Nile. more here
