Nick,

I just read your advice on handling a customer complaint after the inspection. The infamous "clogged Sink Caper".

Excellent program to turn "an issue" into a marketing opportunity. This material will be presented to the home inspectors class I am teaching.

You most definitely can see the forest from the tress.

Great work.

Best regards,

Mike,

In the future can you be more careful of what you say to Nick. That overinflated ego of his is certainly ready to pop now! ![icon_biggrin.gif](upload://iKNGSw3qcRIEmXySa8gItY6Gczg.gif)

Joe,

I see your point but I am a new member. I will be more careful in the future.

Mike,

I was just ribbing you! You really have to get to know Nick to appreciate him. I used to work with him at Peach, sometimes I miss the funny sh** we did. God could I tell you some stories! Sometimes I would laugh so hard I cried!! ![icon_biggrin.gif](upload://iKNGSw3qcRIEmXySa8gItY6Gczg.gif)
