I did, as I stated “Camera” but the answer was for him and not you.
Now go spend some time improving that lousy contest nobody votes on ,because you are to busy interfering with your opinion on others opinions.:stuck_out_tongue:

Your Linas imitation sucks by the way.

My bad. I didn’t know this MB was for your personal communications. :stuck_out_tongue:

Maybe if you hadn’t posted two paragraphs of BS before mentioning the camera, I would have still been awake to actually read it.

Btw… I know you’re all torn up over your loss, but if you hadn’t treated him like you did, he may have forgiven your ‘looseness’ and stayed!

Guess anything past your canned comments in reports is beyond you however please keep the gay fantasies to yourself.(you are not Linas)

I take it as a complement to be envied by you and Jeff.

How many of you use this… http://www.ehow.com/how_2120279_use-plumb-bob.html

I carry one, but rarely use it. My 4ft level definately get’s a workout though.

  1. Mag Type Flash Lite (Scorpion)
  2. 6-in-1 Screwdriver
  3. GFCI tester
  4. 13’ Tele-Steps Ladder
  5. Clip Board to Hold Field Notes
  6. Binoculars
  7. Inspection Mirror

Dan I’m curious why you didn’t list a moisture meter or a level.

Try not to get that picky and like to keep my tool expenditure under $350(about cost of base inspection - that way if they get lost, stolen, etc … 1 inspection will replace all tools).

So you do not have one?

Exactly.
Unfortunately
most new Inspectors are not business oriented…

So you never have no need for a moisture meter?

Bob & Billy -

I have a Protimeter SurveyMaster ($425); Tramex EIFS/Stucco Test Kit ($1,650) with Tramex Wet Wall Meter and Tramex Professional Moisture Meter for Wood; the Delmhorst BD-2100 Moisture Kit for Stucco/EIFS ($475); a Tramex Encounter Plus ($350); AND a Fluke TiR1 ($6150).

So YES I have a meter(s) capable of detecting moisture, etc, BUT those are not used in VISUAL home inspections. WHEN they come out, its an ancillary service AND someone is PAYING extra $$$$$$.

No give-aways … I’m a Business not a Goodwill Store / You want EXTRA, you PAY for EXTRA

My goodness, what happens when you smell gas?

I usually blame the dog.

University CE’s

You’ve been invited to share your wisdom and improve the contest, Bob.
