Hello! I need help confirming this unit. Can we figure out the age from the serial number? I haven’t seen this one before. The home was built in 2013. I also did see some duct tape on it which I will note on the report.
My first guess would be 2013 unless it needed replacing in the past 11 years.
Otherwise, you may get better or a more accurate answer by contacting them…

The first image has Sep 11 on the lower RH corner. The second image, 30 years, 1983 - 2013. I assume you already saw that information; 2011 or 2013. Can’t help with the SN lookup.
