Homebuyer V seller, V realtor V B Dry of southeastern Michigan

St Clair Shores

In short, B Dry installed their interior system in 4 areas 4 different times and some wall braces :rofl:

Home inspector noted some problems, says couldn’t see other problems - drywall/paneling up so kudos to that home inspector

ALL walls were bowing in! Then engineer says they bowed in another 1 1/2 inches
(Not gonna get into the he said, she said bllshtt right now)

Engineer “Braces failing, not strong enough”

All the while i bet yer azz, expansive clay soil and likely some underground tree roots CAUSED most of the problems hence, that is what needed to be removed aka exterior waterproofing done correctly!

NOT install another weak, lame, pathetic interior basement drainage system that does not remove, reduce ANY lateral soil pressure and T roots acting upon these bock walls

And any block or brick B wall that is bowed in DOES INDEED have exterior cracks, cracked parging and THAT is where the water 1st entered into the hollow blocks and caused some efflorescence

bowed in block wall, please describe exactly how B Dry etc would stop further water from entering the multiple exterior cracks and remove, reduce the expansive clay soil and tree roots that grew against the wall causing most of the problems

Yeah shtt sure, the interior system butt heads are competent, honest companies, my azz
