House has two units need insurance inspections

I have a request to do a home inspection on a house has two units, the client explain me that his agent told him that only one 4-point report and one mitigation, the unit are separated, For me, I have to do two 4-point and two mitigation, what do you advise me, thank you.

If it’s one address, and has an ADU or something similar, the insurance company is concerned with the primary structure or home.

One report may or might need to include the components of each dwelling (2 of everything for example).

What does “the unit are separated” mean exactly?

It is a house in front and another in the back with the same address and in the property appraiser it appears as building 1 and building 2, Thanks.
