wondering if anyone can direct me on how to check wether my profile is in fact “public” or not
I believe it is public unless you choose to make it private in your dashboard under profile(?) I could be mistaken. You may also want to fill out your signature on this message board as the internet bots crawl through here too.
I do not see “Kent Miller” in the find an inspector directory.
