I’ll be the speaker at the Scranton Board of REALTORs luncheon next week. I am also meeting with several brokers privately (after the luncheon) to discuss disclosure concerns associated with pre-listing and seller’s inspections.

Thank you Nick for accepting their offer to speak. I am glad that we pursued this meeting. With all of the problems up here, specifically with NACHI and the Scranton area, I think this will be a great step forward for the organization. In the past a single NACHI member could be an easy target for the branding folks and some others but with the luncheon and the Pocono Mountains Chapter meeting, we are showing strength, legitimacy and unity in numbers. It will feel nice to have the bullseye off our backs.
