Full time Inspector needed for immediate hire for Dade, Broward and Palm Beach County areas. Experienced and State Licensed only. Must have insurance, vehicle and tools. Must speak English well and Spanish is a plus.
Inspector will conduct residential and commercial inspections to be in compliance and assess if there are hazards or structural defects to both the interior and exterior of the property, including infrastructure, electrical, plumbing and air quality

I have extensive experience in inspections and in Real Estate in general (including all systems etc.). Licensed in Florida, CMI with Internachi and finishing the CCPIA courses for certification.
