Thanks for posting Nick.
While we don’t have someone manning this chat feature at all times, we should be able to respond quickly. It should allow us to offer better customer service, as we can now track previous communication and order details when responding to inquiries. Please let me know if there are any issues with this new feature, and also any comments or suggestions you might have.
