Is it possible to pump low expansion foam into exterior walls that are double brick exterior with approximately 2" strapping on interior covered with lath and plaster? There appears to be no insulation whatsoever. This is an old Victorian farmhouse circa 1850. I know cellulose could be blown in without to much trouble but would foam be better?
It is heated with electric baseboards.
