We have the opportunity with Grainger to negotiate an exclusive deal on LADDERS *(a must have for every home inspector). *
Since there are hundreds of different types, brands, lengths, etc. I would like to engage in your help. Would you please go to Grainger.com and advise on your favorite ladder. I only need the product number. You may respond on this forum.

I took a dive last week when my 10 y/o ladder failed from a tiny fracture near a riveted brace (fiberglass). Can’t trust it and need a replacement soon. My 8 footer (not “footing” :razz: ) is great for garages but not in homes.

Unfortunately the best Grainger is willing to do on this particular product is $220.64. I get it, you want to go with the best deal possible. (I am encouraging a better pricing structure from Grainger; this will benefit them as well as InterNACHI members in the long-run if they will come down on our negotiated rates). Stay tuned.

Thanks for the attempt. I actually expected no less from Grainger, and am actually surprised they gave any at all. They want the biz of corporate facilities managers, and don’t give a rats arse about the ‘little guys’. Their business attitude suks. They killed everything good about Professional Equipment when they purchased them (Note: they were also pricey, but had awesome customer service, thus a strong client base… me included). Been this route before with them in a former life. No loss. I will spend my dollars where I am appreciated. Thanks again.
