Topic: Chimney & fireplace expert Dan Cells of Willy’s Chimney Service will be returning to present Chimneys & the Home Inspector**,** a presentation that has been approved for 2 CEUs. Dan will review the various chimney components and their function, outline the steps involved in a proper chimney inspection, and discuss topics like venting requirements, flue repairs, oil to gas conversions, and modifications to flue systems and attached appliances.
