InterNACHI’s home maintenance book, “Now That You’ve Had a Home Inspection” has been updated with a new design!
The content which informs homeowners of maintenance tips and promotes hiring you back for an Annual Inspection is the same, but the standard book now includes Florida and Canada-specific resources. It also includes all-new illustrations and a modern chapter design and layout.

The new standard book design includes Florida-specific information so you no longer have to order a separate book! This also means that all custom printings will now include this Florida information since it is included in the standard version.

I noticed the change in books title some months back when I ordered 2 boxes of “Now That You’ve Had a Home Inspection” Canadian version. But instead of the original plan multi tone green booklet, “Now That You’ve Had a Home Inspection”, the book got a great face lift and the title changed to ‘HOME MAINTENCE MANUAL.’
At yesterdays inspection, the referring broker opened up the folder I brought with me for his clients. He said you know they are out of town and were not coming. Why did you prepare this? I said it was for him to show his colleagues. He had an instant smile on his face.

Inside the envelope, the PIA contract printed out, 2 business cards, 2 folders and now THE HOME MAINTENCE MANUAL.
That was the fifth real estate agent that congratulated me for putting together such a lovely and professional presentation to my clients over the past 2 months.
