During the Los Angeles commercial property inspection class, you’ll inspect a local church to reinforce a systematic approach to assessing any commercial property, as well as the unique considerations of historic houses of worship.
Some of the inspection elements include:
- Low-slope and steep-slope roofs
- Roof and property drainage components
- HVAC equipment and controls
- Water heating equipment
- Structural components
- Restrooms and plumbing fixtures
- Interior finishes and layouts
