Thank you all for the b-day wishes. I have really enjoyed the 9 years with InterNACHI (started out with ASHI). But, since I am now officially “old”, and of full retirement age, that is what I am doing: Retiring. Best of luck to all of you who are still actively working, I suspect the economy will improve over the next 4 years.

For all of you who still contribute to the forums even though you have retired: THANK YOU. Your posts / replies have taught me much.

I only offer one parting word of advice for the forum:

Don’t be a JonAS.
