No. That is from a cooking unit and cooking units must use metal duct which smooth on the inside and will not collect grease (it is grease laden air) at joints or in the duct itself. Each crinkle in that flexible metal duct will (can) collect grease. Before you know it, you are ready for a grease fire in that duct.

That foil duct is not even suitable for dryer duct either.

Is that code or just a safety concern? I see foil duct frequently in Illinois. At a recent Peoples Gas seminar they mentioned that a dryer duct must not have sheet metal screws (collects lint for any newcomers) which the foil duct does not have. You have a good point. Thanks.
