For all those who have supported us to date, and continue to in the future, thank you.

I would like to re-iterate something I’ve said on many occasions.

OntarioACHI is not a one man show.

There are some really great volunteers working as a team on behalf of all Inspectors across Ontario to have our profession recognised and represented locally on local issues.

OntarioACHI can NEVER match what InterNACHI provides in the way of breadth of education or expanse of marketing services or material. That is not our intent.

We do try to ensure though that where it counts, which is in the area of local Ontario issues, influences and impacts, we excel.

With continued work with the various government agencies, industry suppliers and others we are demonstrably getting through and showing that this is a profession that can be trusted to provide skilled, independent, unbiased, professional advice to consumers.

Working with limited budgets and a totally volunteer workforce things might not happen as quickly as one might wish, but we are all determined, and will continue to push for the best for Ontario Inspectors. We are on the verge of something great for the Inspection Profession here in Ontario, and while it might seem bleak at this point, I believe working with the regulators we can ensure the initial regulation and the initiatives that come from that regulation will make Ontario Home Inspectors the best and most sought after in Canada.

Len keeps saying how OntarioACHI is all volunteers .
Well this is an alternate association Not NACHI .

Just to name a few NACHI unpaid volunteers that helped big time to make NACHI just what it is today .
The First NACHI meeting in Barrie was held by Roy Cooke, Raymond Wand, Char Cooke , Wendy Cooke , Bob Francis and others .
The second NACHI meeting was held in Toronto By Roy Cooke ,Ron Knokes, Raymond Wand, Char Cooke , Bob Francis , we all picked up our own traveling expenses
There followed many more NACHI meetings held at various locations with the same few and many others as leaders .

The Toronto Conference Had a few meeting that cost us all much time and traveling expenses and the same people worked at planning and the show too . Again our own traveling expenses .
There have been many other Ontario NACHI members who have planned and run many NACHI meeting with much education given by all for free .
These are just some of the Inspectors who helped to make NACHI just what it is in Canada today.
I do not remember any of these inspectors ridiculing those who worked hard for NACHI ,
I am sorry for my forgetting a few names .
