Anthony, go to your Secretary Of State wed site and search for the requirements. In GA, you can do it all online at a minimal cost. If your state doesn’t have that option, consult an attorney in your area that specialize in such.

Advice is not to use “online free business” anything. If you really need help, there are many other ways. Just keep searching,
