Well, technically, the title reads… “Looking for a little advice”.
Looks to me like he got exactly what he asked for.
We should just have a JJ section and he can do all his gripin’ there and the rest of us never have to go there…

Clueless about Spectora I was answering his first question, yeah. 
In terms if NHIE, like what others have said.
With that said, any education is better than none, and more is better than some. I will say, my state does not require it, but I have studied the material and as with the NHIE exam as well as some of the schools, like AHIT (imho) don’t do well for teaching you how to actually inspect, what to look for, etc.
In most cases I’ve found much of the Nachi education to be much better than that, as well as mentoring with experienced inspectors, which was the best for me.
