Bianca Jagger Sues Over Toxic Mold Buildup
(September 19) -- Bianca Jagger, ex-wife of rock musician Mick Jagger, is going to court over the alleged presence of toxic mold in her $4,000-a-month apartment property in Manhattan. In the $20 million action, she charges property owner Katz Park Avenue Corp. and property manager Insignia Residential Group with negligence, breach of contract, and fraud. Meanwhile, Jagger herself is the target of a lawsuit by Katz on the grounds of nonpayment of rent covering several months.
