Captioning is the text of the audio portion of a video displayed directly on the video. This may include not only the words but the sounds that are important to understand and the source of the sound.
Nice feature for those that need it, but will it have the ability to be disabled for those that do not require it? Personally, I find CC very distracting, and will simply NOT view a video that contains it.
