Super exciting, can’t wait for this event! These events are so critical to our industry. I’ll be teaching an Advanced Roof Inspection course. I’m going to pack a lot into the 2 hours I’ve got, so get your thinking caps and notebooks ready!! If anyone is on the fence about going, I know @bgromicko1 has made some serious preparations for an outstanding course as well, and the other presenters are all stars! Seriously looking forward to this it’s going to be great.

Hello Everyone,
Gotta say that I am excited to see you at “Electricity Simplified” for home inspectors. Over and over, home inspectors say their number one “weakness” is electrical. It was for me, too. In this class, we look at some of the most common electrical features and defects that we see on inspections and translate them from electrical speak into plain language that is not only easier for us non-electricians to understand, but easier for us to explain to our clients. We’ll cover things like mischief in service equipment (panels), the pros and cons of aluminum wiring, bootleg grounds, those darn FPE panels, and one of my favorite stump issues…CSST.
See you in Raleigh!
