Need Advice - Cracked Post Tension Slab at Anchor

New construction Houston. The builder has poured the cement for the post tension slab. I noticed a crack at one of the anchors. The cement in front of the anchor fell off. The anchor and cable are exposed at the edge of the post tension slab.

Should I be concerned that the builder said they can patch it and it should not be a problem. Will the tension of the cable not be the same as all the other cables when tightened? Will this cause crack issues if and when soil moves and the foundation gets stressed.

Also I noticed a diagonal crack on the edge of the slab moving from the top edge of the slab to where the cable comes of the slab.
