NYS is mandating Licensing for Home Inspectors which consists of 100 Hour of classroom education, followed by 40 hours of field inspections. First to be approved on LI, we are proud to have a very high success rate of grads who have, to date become Licensed Home Inspectors. We include all books, materials and final exams. Home Inspectors visually inspect all major components of a residential home.
