New to PDX (Vancouver WA) from CA, any locals with advice?

After a nearly 3-year break from inspections, I’m putting down roots in Clark County, Washington. Coming from an unregulated state (California) into a market that includes not just one, but two different regulated states, are there any Oregon/Washington licensed inspectors here with advice on navigating the licensing process? General pointers are appreciated, obviously I’m not trying to step on any toes at this point, and any help for a (fairly) young inspector is deeply appreciated.
