I want to say that the value NACHI and it's members have to the world is important and paramount not only to me but to the world, it's not just a local inspection thing, it's the world we live in, if our efforts prevent the worst case and save one life or many all that we put ourselves through, danger/harm, being criticized or sued is worth it in my book, That is why I joined NACHI, to make a difference, We are "The World's Elite Inspectors" and I believe that it is up to us to make that difference in the world. You can take that to the bank and post it.

Ohio State Chapter of NACHI meeting Saturday April 9th, 2005
You are cordially invited to the next meeting of the Ohio State Chapter of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI), Saturday, April 9th at 7pm. The meeting is open to all. You don?t need to be a member to attend. The dinner meeting is $30.00/person, including the presentation.

Introduction by: Jeff Judy, President of Examination Services and President of the Ohio State NACHI Chapter.

Guest speaker: Dr. Gerry Wegner on:
? Identification of Pest Activity and Damage for Home Inspectors
Other speaker: John Gramza, CHMM on:
? Environmental, Health & Safety Concerns Encountered during an Inspection
Other speaker: Nick Gromicko, Former veteran REALTOR, ad agency owner, and Executive Director of NACHI on:
? Marketing your home inspection service directly to home buyers.
? Raising your prices when your competition charges less.
? Converting every call into a scheduled inspection.
? Creating a marketing brochure that works.
? Home Inspector Licensing in Ohio.
Other speaker: Lorne Steiner, CEO of Porter Valley Software and NACHI's Director at Large. Lorne will be giving a seminar on "Advanced Communications for Home Inspectors" which includes:

? Best Business Practices for the Home Inspection Industry.
