Day 3 of CCPIA’s Commercial Property Inspection Technical Class covered inspecting commercial electrical systems and commercial structures.
Students learned about three-phase electrical systems using hands-on displays and performed a mock inspection of an electrical room with Ray Kline, CMI®.
Students also completed a mock structural inspection of InterNACHI’s HQ with Ron Huffman, CMI®, and Nick Gromicko stopped by and led a class discussion about business operations.
