Post Tension Slab Cracks in Garage Floor

Hi All,

During home inspection of a property built in 2002, we found some cracks in the two car garage flooring (Post Tension Slab) that are about 35-40" in length with darker spots around the edges (possibly indicative of moisture/water?)

Would appreciate any thoughts/feedback on whether or not this is a big red flag or concern given it’s PTS, and/or any recommendations/advice. Thanks very much for your time!
