2: WTH. Taking a guess it’s a junction box for lighting at the fence permitter, and perhaps the motorized gate. There’s an outlet for sure. The black heat sink may represent a transformer.
3: heat energy lost up chimney due to low AFUE appliances.
3: support sill plate gravity, provide a barrier to pests, account for uneven ground.

  1. B., but I would also recommend pass through vents if I thought it was necessary
  2. large one on the left is a voltage transformer, either for a pool light or landscape lighting, the one on the right is a junction box for a pool light.
