Radon insurance

Quick Question:

Do you get extra insurance for Radon?

We are just now getting into Radon and it is going to cost an extra $250 a year plus and additional percentage as our insurance is also based on Gross Revenue. So, the way I see it, even if we screw the whole thing up and tell a customer they don?t have Radon when they do the worst case would be use installing a mitigation system. Since mitigation runs between $800-$1000 and our deductible is $1,000. We would pay it even if we had the insurance.

No, worst case would be them getting sick or dying down the road and suing you. Get it.
