Very nice photos, Chuck!

I imagine it was outstanding scenery and fun!
I’m envious!

Awesome Jacob!

@jfudge This moment we’re sailing (taking off the dock) the ships on the left and right. In the left is a cargo carrier and the right is a tanker delivering multiple products.

Cool Jacob! We see a lot of ships, tug boats, cruise ships, etc here in PEI as well. I’ll have to take a few pics to post! I recall you’ve mentioned it before somewhere, what is it you do on the tugs?

Outstanding pictures, Jacob!

Chilly job on those rigs, I bet!

The Egyptian goose (Alopochen aegyptiaca) is a member of the duck, goose, and swan family Anatidae. It is native to Africa south of the Sahara and the Nile Valley. Egyptian geese were considered sacred by the Ancient Egyptians, and appeared in much of their artwork.

Last winter I caught something out of the corner of my eye. Looked out my living room window and saw this baldy pluck a hen mallard out of the sky In mid flight 50 yards away. For nearly 30 minutes we watched 6 bald eagles and 3 hawks fighting over this hen. They were doing mid flight battles, trying to take the hen from each other. It was awesome.

Awesome! We have a lot of bald eagles, hawks, etc around here. They’re awesome to watch for sure. We have rabbits, cats, dogs, so we get to see them circling over our property a lot, trying to figure things out! Haha!

Here’s an hawk eating a bird of some sort. This was taken in our back yard, when we still lived in Alberta.

Nice!
Also, last winter, my wife called me while I was at work. Said she just saw a deer get hit in front of the house. She asked what to do. I told her to cut the quarters off of it and I’d deal with when I came home. No shit! She did! Wasn’t much meat I could salvage but we ate what we could. I staked out the carcass in our field. We got all kinds of action. Bears, coyotes, foxes… who knows what else. It was common to see eagles on the carcass.
