The label on the unit says boiler.

Thanks. I never see boilers in FL, just on demand water heaters that look just like these.
Even in CO, I hardly ever saw boilers, and when I did, they were old rust buckets

You’re welcome.
FYI… this is a good example of why it is so important to always get a clear photograph of all Data plates, whether you think it important or not. Most of the questions we see being asked on this MB can usually be answered with said data, or be researched to get answers to said questions.

Thanks for the recall notices, Jeffrey.

I haven’t either. No boilers. I’m sad. That’s my expertise in HVAC. I’m no slouch on the rest, but I did residential and commercial boiler installs so I know my Tacos from my Grundfos and my closely spaced Tees ;). I was the high-efficiency guy because 15 years ago, no one understood high-efficiency boilers.

As far as on-demand water heats, 95% of them are Rheem. The handful of other brands I see are always undersized, with few exceptions. They think they can replace their water heater with a hand washing station instant boiler because it only needs 40 amps.
