The downside of the direct to consumer model… Tiergrade is not the only uncertified company doing land office business on Wallmart, Amazon, etc. The sales platforms seem to be escaping 100% of the liability for untested, uncertified whatever (EV chargers, Detectors, Fake Circuit Breakers (looking at you Square D), and more).
