First I have been working yesterday at a maxium security prison preforming air samples requested by the state. There are some people who actually care about their employees. This prison is more than four hours away. I left 6:30 a.m. and I did not get back until almost 10:00 p.m… Mondays are the busiest, most business owners will confirm me on that, but that was the only day that the Fire and Safety Director had time on his schedule this week.
As you can tell by the number of posts I am not on this board all that much. It is interesting that you sit your time limit for this offer so short.
Also from my previous post you knew I hate lawyers. I have never really needed one in past, nor do I need one now. I once had a lawyer write me a contact on a real estate transaction, the buyer of the home found a way that the contract allowed him to pay for the home at a lesser rate. When I told him about this, at the kindness of his heart, he said that he would defend the contract in court for a starting fee of no less than $200.00. Of course he would still want to collect all the monies for defending the contract, he had written, no matter if we won are not. I declined his generous offer. I told him there was no way in hell he was going to stick me for more money. I admit there are some good lawyers who honestly want to protect their clients. That is why they have hired me. Papers can be drawn up without a lawyers’ help. Money can be secured without a lawyer’s help. I saw in one case personally that an agreement was hand written and the judge upheld it. I myself am a sole proprietorship because I think personally limiting your liability is a dishonest way to do business in a small company. I can sleep better at night because of this decision. I believe a person should be liable for his and his employees’ mistakes. Never been sued over any business dealings yet, even in my past companies. I am an honest person and everybody in my area knows it, if I ever make a mistake I or any of my employees, I write out a check. I do not hide behind lawyers.
My client I know would be glad to have you live in the house because he can not. Years ago him and his family got very sick and had to be admitted in some hospitals. Both parents of this family are, at least the last that I heard, are disabled because of the effects of what the mold had on them. I know for sure the doctor said the father was disabled for life. He is not even forty years old. I can have them call you if you want to talk with them. I know the father will be very interested in talking with you. They are now forced to live in a small mobile home because the insurance company, which I am sure you represent this kind of crooked company all the time, will not pay for the clean up their remediation company caused. This insurance company’s responsibility was to clean up the water damage. Mold soon started to grow after the remediation was done. My client did not know nothing about mold so he thought it was just mold and stayed living there. The insurance company will no longer comment on this issue and hides behind their lawyers. The insurance company still uses this remediation company for their cleanup work. The remediation company is very low cost. The county wants to collect the full amount of property taxes on a house that my client or his family can not live in. When you fail I will not want to collect any money from you instead you will generate a press release saying that you did get ill in this house because of the mold growing in the house and you will testify, when the time comes, that in your opinion you got sick from staying in this house because of mold. Any help you can give this poor family will be gratefully appreciated.
If mold does not cause people to get sick than why did you make the comment about your superior immune system.

You know that these are different kinds of mold then what a farmer normally experiences. You are twisting the facts again and like you have in most of your previous posts. I will never recognize any IH that claims to be an expert on mold and is not certified. I have ran across a lot of IHs like you who claim to be experts and refuses to take any classes or at least preform an internship under an IH who studies molds. This way they can make their living working with lawyers to sue innocent people. They can keep on ignoring the real accounts with real people. They disregard the value of human life just for they can profit off somebody else’s suffering. You disgust me and I am sure most other people.

Can somebody private message me if the Great One responds. Our if he takes any more attacks at NACHI, it’s members, the inspection industry, accredited labs, or certified mold inspectors and IH’s.
