I saw an ad for Home Inspector course here at Central Florida College. For $1,795.00
https://quickadmit.cf.edu:8443/section.jsp?courseid=3294&catalogid=43

I called them and they told me they are approved and it will cover me for 120 hrs for florida. He was trying to sell me the course and told me I would be state certified if I took there course.
Then I saw they have a link saying Florida doesnt have any requirements at all. check it out below. Please tell me these crooks will not be doing schooling in Florida.

Florida State Home Inspector Regulations

Currently there are no formal licensing requirements for Florida home inspectors. However, as the industry grows, more states are creating legislation that governs the home inspection profession by requiring pre-licensing education. Informally, many Realtors, Lenders, home buyers and other people that initiate home inspections want to make sure a home inspector has been properly trained. That’s where AHIT can help.
Not only will you be a step above your competition by becoming AHIT certified, you will be prepared when licensing laws take effect.
