I am a home inspector based in the Florida Keys, but moving January 2015 to Tampa/St Pete area. I got my start as a pool service and repair contractor and solar contractor and did home inspections on the side. After getting my state license I inspected full time. Since before pools, I worked as chief engineer for a large condo complex as well as carpentry, I found home inspections an easy go to.
