How about answering the questions above so consumers can become more knowledgeable on this product and whether it is what they want or not? I’ll repeat them here for you so you don’t have to wade backward.
We don’t offer any other products you suggested.
That’s interesting because on your website it says you do. So you either lie to all your clients and other people on your website, or you are lying now, either way you are a liar.
It’s good that you are letting the public know just how your ethics work right here in public. Hopefully a bunch of your potential clients and future referral contacts (agents) see this and stay clear of you in the future. It’s the least you can do for them before using you and giving their private information sold to 3rd parties to be sold over and over again and to anyone with a few bucks.
Thanks for playing Our game.
Jim
I suggest you educate yourself and learn how to read. It’s rather embarrassing for you. We do not offer the products listed in that posters questions nor are they listed on our website. Negative people only see what they want to see and say what they want to say.
So from what you are saying is that you have created a thread to thank a person for warranties you do not offer? That is quite odd don’t you think?
In the interim why do you choose not to answer the questions asked? Don’t you believe that the consumers should be provided full and accurate details?
I know an inspector who is 80 years old and he gives a lifetime warranty. He is so busy he turns down work.
I answered your question, you just have no attention to detail or are not smart enough to figure that out. Educate yourself, you have no idea what you even wrote. If that is how you inspect, I feel sorry for your clients. Rather embarrassing. BTW, not that you really care on your crusade here, we take care of our customers, nothing is hidden from them and they benefit more then your clients would ever know.
This thread is boring me now as I’m sure you or your negative friends will ramble on for another day or two. My guess with Nathan was 4 days and estimates of 100 views of the video have been exceeded. So I’m done, enjoy yourself.
It is sad that you choose not to help the consumers learn the answers to important questions that can affect their decisions while selecting an Inspector. You seem to have a fear of answering these questions. What we can see from your responses though are very possibly others that have posted here are correct about their expectations.
The remainder of us here are professionals whose function is to service the consumers and not the Vendors. In the future you may want to consider not attacking other Inspectors you have no knowledge of whatsoever. It would help your image, your company image, and the image of the Vendor who you sell your client’s private information to for these Widget Warranties, to take the route of consumer protection instead of playing games to satisfy a Vendor instead of consumers.
Ever notice the Nat followers do not answer questions, when asked about their products. They always claim that we do not understand but refuse to tell us what we are misunderstanding?
In all fairness, how can ANY home inspector publicly justify or explain why he would betray the confidence of his customers and sell their personal information to a lead broker … a broker who, in turn, re-sells and distributes that same personal information to others (who then sell it to others, who then sell it to others, etc) … in exchange for worthless marketing gimmicks?
This is usually something they do quietly and without bringing too much attention to it, for obvious reasons. This thread was instigated by the lead broker, not his minion. Bobby, as he explained, only did what he was told to in order to conduct an “experiment”. If he hadn’t been expelled from NACHI and banned from the message board, the lead broker would have posted his promotional video himself.
You are the one who lacks basic reading and comprehension skills. You (probably Nathan actually) started this thread with a link to a funny video. In that video Nathan states that you Absolutely use all his gimmicks. Some of these gimmicks have also been called Useless for the clients by such people as Nick Gromicko the Founder of InterNachi himself, in fact he has stated that many times.
Nick Gromicko also (quite recently) has stated that Nathan Thornberry is the 2nd biggest Data Broker I n the home inspection industry. Now since he admits to that fact I will go real slow for you so you can follow along. You and your company Blood Hound Inspections does do business with Data Brokers and sells your clients private information to 3rd parties… Lets not forget that it has been said by some very respected people in the industry that some of these widgets are Useless for your clients.
Now Based on the above I would say that you are definitely a lyar and you sir should be embarrassed to say the least.
I sure do hope all of your future and past clients find this thread, read it well and hopefully find a more ethical company to use that won’t sell their information to any slimy data brokers.
Hey seriously bro, I would like to thank you for keeping this thread up in the publics eye, it could help save a bunch of future clients from having their info compromised.
