Home inspectors everywhere should feel free to call on city inspectors and utilities for help. I sure did, and I never had a one tell me to go pound sound. All were very helpful when I had a question.

why dont drip legs/sediment traps have to be on gas stoves or gas dryers?
I’ll have to guess but I think it’s because these appliances are not in a fixed position.
But their supply prior to the appliance connector is. I really don’t care the reason but that was an interesting question posted by Mark.
