The bond wire for the pool equipment should be attached to the bonding lugs at each pump, the heater and the filter among other things.

What makes you think that the bond wire for the pool equip. was in the attic? The pipes in the home are required to be bonded as well although seperate from the pool equip.

The bonding wire is connected to the ground wire running from panel to water pipe above water heater.

After looking at the photos it appears to be a grounding wire. The size is to small for it to be a bonding wire.

Anyone else agree?
