I am surprised the metal latch stays as warm as it does in the second picture.
[FONT=Comic Sans MS]Robert, It’s not a metal latch, it is a homeowners attempt to keep the heat in. What you are looking at is duct tape with a weather strip and air infiltration.[/FONT]
