The Texas Real Estate Commission has made it’s year
end report available. Some of the numbers about home
inspectors reveal the following numbers.
Total active Inpsectors = 4093 (an increase of 89% in the
last 6 years… whew!). Not all inspectors are active or full time.
Total new inspectors per year:
02… 203
03… 960
04… 478
05… 200
06… 56
Looks like the numbers are slowing down and we are reaching
the saturation point… me thinks.
