Has anyone else been “locked out” of the visual aid inspection frames? It tells me I have entered the right password, but no longer have access to that portion of the site.

Thanks Chris. That’s too bad, I liked that benefit. Are there any plans to make the new ones available in a directory format like the old ones were?

What’s the deal? How come we cant get this reference anymore? - I really liked the quick access index - any chance that we can get an index set up with the newer color illustrations at inspection depot? icon_evil.gif

I spent many evening learning what was on those pictures, I hope you will set Inspection Depot pictures with the quick access index

I agree with what seems like new inspectors using the reference illustrations. That is what attracted me to NACHI above everyone else. NACHI seems to take the education of their membership very seriously and I believe those pictures are an invaluable resource to not only the new inspectors but from time to time the experienced inspectors.

An index to the new Inspection Depot pictures would hopefully be forthcoming.

Thanks,

Rick

Yeah, they have it protected for copyright reasons, I assume. This is still very disappointing.

Hi,

I'm very disappointed at the removal of the "visual inspection frames", it was one of the main reasons I chose NACHI over others.

Also, I can't seem to view the "tip of the day" pictures...even when I'm signed into the sight.....can someone help?

Thanks,

Bob

Hi Bob

I thing you will find the tip of the day only on the home page at the bottom

Thanks…but…I still can’t seem to view the “Tip of the Day”.

Tried turning pop-up blocker off, etc, etc...

The image is always blank.

What am I doing wrong?

Have you try to go in"view" top of screen, you will see something that will say image block or something like that

Bob,

are you saying you cnnot see them on the home page, or that you cannot copy them ??

I ask as the images are protected from copying, but not from viewing.

regards

Gerry

Gerry…nobody has answered whether or not the new frames will be available anywhere other than the home page. The others were indexed nicely for easy reference.

Bradley,

Our current agreement with Inspection Depot doesn't allow us to put them anywhere but the NACHI home page and in our online education system. I am going to look into getting permission to put them in the members-only section an indexed form, but it might take a while for us to sort that out.

Regards,

That would be great!

I always thought they were a wonderful addition to my reports and look forward to using them again one day!

If you are able to get this done I will send you an official StepByStep Home Services coffee mug. ![icon_biggrin.gif](upload://iKNGSw3qcRIEmXySa8gItY6Gczg.gif)

Chris,

Thanks, As a new inspector I reviewed them on a regular basis. When selecting a group to belong to the web site of NACHI was far superior and a lot had to do with the visual aids.

To continue with education of the new inspectors so that they/we portray the NACHI inspector as an educated resource, this type of material is a must have.

Anyway to get a copy of all the old visual aid drawings that previously existed?

Thanks,

Rick
