I would have fired those “Plumbers” (and have). Nothing like one or two bad apples wasting a whole crews day to make an unnecessary repair.
I used to love doing simple jobs more than once, man that sure was fun.
But then again it does not sound like you were paying the labor, so it is a positive story to you.
Ya, I worked with guys like that. Those days were indeed great.
The point being a couple of lazy “Plumbers” screwed up a simple pipe run, and then weeks later an entire crew had to correct the problem wasting everyones time and energy. Happens everyday at jobstes everwhere, without lawyers, to this day.
Ya, I miss those days too. And those “Plumbers”.
