Water stains on half bath molding, infra camera shows water along base board. Moisture reading at 32%. Base of floor by molding also at 32%. No water leaking from seal of toilet that I can detect.
Did you pull up the flooring and look to see if it’s coming from under the toilet, under the flooring and wicking up the wall. You would be surprised how many toilet leaks aren’t visible from the surface.

I retired last month and closed my business And now I have this issue in my house
I don’t believe that is an option at this time.
Do you keep the door closed with the air on? Moisture might be settling at the baseboards from the cool air.
