What are these cracks? I’ve uploaded a wide and a close up. This is in a garage, the wall is the exterior wall. It’s a slab on grade, no basement, no crawl space.
Are these cracks bad?

In the second photo, it looks like a rectangle shaped outline. Maybe some chemicals were stored in that area and leaked.

Jr nailed it. With proper prepping and application of a high quality (not from a big box store) sealer, it will be fine unless spalling has already started.
