Why learning building codes?
While certified professional inspectors, lets use InterNACHI CPI home inspectors as an example, it is written within the Sop or Standards of Practice under 2.2 EXCLUSIONS: H: compliance with codes or regulations, so again; aren’t required to determine code compliance, understanding building codes is crucial for a comprehensive understanding of what inspectors are looking for and providing accurate reports. Knowing the numerous building codes throughout North America helps inspectors potentially recognise and identify potential issues withing the structure, systems and components of a home or building and explain them to clients, ultimately ensuring informed decisions and knowledge during a the home purchasing, to a home selling or maintenance processes.

Ben, once I get my CPI, I would like to get a couple of those white/long sleeve shirts. Is that possible? You look good in yours. - Jerry

I purchased Chaps long sleeve and Short sleeve shirts. Purchased 5 to 10 at a time when on sale.
Durable. Easy to maintain.

I agree, I’ve been wearing white shirts like that to do inspections for years now. I have to say I really like the American Flag and will be adding those to my shirts. :us_outlying_islands: :+1:
